View and publish photographs

To date, you can choose out of 1181 photographs.
If you are interested in a photograph with higher resolution, please contact the respective photographer.

Do you want to publish your own photographs on geoberg.de? The following steps are necessary:

Please submit your photographs in a usual format (.jpg, .png, ...) to ⇒ mail ät geoberg punkt de.
The photographs width should be 600 pixels or more.
Please e-mail us the (English) captions for each picture.
For publishing we need at least 4 photographs of one object/topic (except for the "photo of the month".

The following information are necessary, too:

your pre- and family name
dreation date and location
in case of mineral/rock photographs we need: mineral/rock name, collection, source (finding place)
description of the photograph
perhaps miscellaneous remarks

You declare to be the author, respectively the copyright holder, of the photographs you want to submit. If you want to submit mineral or rock photographs, you have to obtain the agreement of the respective collection/museum. You will keep all the copyrights of your photos, but you agree to the possibility for users of geoberg.de to use your photographs unmodified and on condition of declaration of the author's name and the photo source (geoberg.de). Your email-address will be displayed coded below your photograph.
